Booking

  • The kind of items you are going to shoot (F&B, product, property, etc.)
  • The number of items you need to shoot
  • References on how you want the photo and video would look like including brand guidelines
You can do the booking by selecting what type of photo product that you need or by contacting us here:
We suggest you book at least 2 weeks in advance, we will do a pre-shoot briefing and send you a photoshoot plan (photoshoot plan only applicable for full package)
Unfortunately client will not be able to join the photo session
You need to send the product to our studio
Yes, there is a minimum 5 product/SKU of every product shoot package

Package

We offer photography and videography according to your needs
We have 2 packages for photography.
Basic – no props and styling. Photo taken with plain background
Styling – Concepting and props

Payment

Yes, we provide Bank Transfer, Visa or Mastercard
Once we send you a quotation and signed, we will send the invoice and payment should be done in 1x24 hours

Cancellation and Refund

No, once payment is received we will not be able to do a cancellation or refund however we can reschedule the session
We can reschedule the session within 1 month from the previous agreed date

Delivery photo

We will send you a link through an email to access the photos and videos
You’ll receive format of JPG for photo and Mp4 for video
It depends on what package that you choose
You will get the edited photos 3 - 5 working days after photo session
Unfortunately, we are not able to send you the raw photos
Our team will choose the best photos of your products
Yes, we provide one time minor revision only
We will choose the best photographer or videographer that suits your products
